Is Work Supporting Your Life? Or Taking It Away?

We’re not just in a productivity crisis — we’re in an emotional recession.

But ask yourself:
Have you ever truly answered them from the heart?

     ⁉️ Do you protect your personal time like it’s a top priority?

✅ Advice: Treat your calendar like a contract — block your time, and honour it. Because if you don’t set boundaries, no one else will.



2️⃣ Are you prioritising what truly matters?

     ⁉️ Are you spending time on high-impact work — or stuck reacting all day?
     ⁉️ Are you letting fake urgencies run your life?

✅ Advice: Start your day with 3 key priorities. Let them lead — not your notifications or inbox.



3️⃣ Is your work flexible enough for your life?

     ⁉️ Do your hours and environment support your well-being?
     ⁉️ Or are you trapped in outdated, rigid expectations?

✅ Advice: If your role doesn’t flex with life, raise the conversation — or explore opportunities that do.



4️⃣ Are you speaking up before you burn out?

     ⁉️ Are you flagging overload early?
     ⁉️ Or silently tolerating toxic stress, hoping it’ll pass?

✅ Advice: Silence fuels burnout. Speak up early and often. Your capacity has limits — and that’s not weakness, that’s wisdom.



5️⃣ Does your work align with your values?

     ⁉️ Are you doing work that truly means something to you?
     ⁉️ Or chasing success that leaves you feeling empty?

✅ Advice: Check in with yourself. Is your work energising or draining? Aligning with purpose isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity.



6️⃣ Are you making time for yourself — really?

     ⁉️ Are breaks on your calendar, or just an afterthought?
     ⁉️ Are you recharging, or running on fumes?

✅ Advice: Schedule rest like you schedule meetings. No one performs well when they're depleted.



Your career is important.
Your goals, your drive, your growth — they all matter.
But your well-being is irreplaceable.


Don’t let the pursuit of success cost you the things that matter most:
